Reference to retail-ready

Image to blueprint
A reference image is enough to start; a tech pack is welcome but not required. Either becomes an exact size-grading matrix before anything is committed.

Textiles sourced or dyed
The microfiber, mesh, lace, and elastics you specified are sourced or custom-dyed to match, with no quiet substitution along the way.

Sampling to spec
One sample, built to the fit and construction you set, with tension and edge finishes refined until the piece matches your reference. You approve it before bulk begins.

Production, verified in person
Bulk runs with our own team on the floor in China, checking structural tension and edge finishes in person, not signing off from a distance.

Do you accept low minimums for underwear and corsetry?
Yes. Our threshold is 200 units per style, and you can split that across two colors. The floor exists because textile mills and trim suppliers set their own batch minimums, and running below them forces compromises on fabric and construction quality that we are not willing to make. For a growing brand, 200 units keeps small batch lingerie production workable without locking you into volumes your first season cannot carry.
Do you specialize in boned corset production?
Yes. We manage the grading, high-tensile boning, and hardware sourcing that structured corsetry demands, from single-layer fashion corsets to fully boned construction.
How do you keep fit consistent across a full size range?
Physical sampling and on-site tension checks run across the full size gradient, so support structures perform identically from the smallest size to the largest, before and during the bulk run.
