HOW YOUR COLLECTION GETS MADE

You start with one reference image
You finish with a retail-ready collection

This is your concept-to-retail framework.
One team directs every stage, so you keep sight of your design from first pattern to final shipment.

01. Design and Development
PATTERN · TECH PACKS
We build the tech pack and structural patterns internally, so a factory can produce your design at scale. Your original silhouette and drape hold through production, not just through sampling.
02. Sourcing
VERIFIED SUPPLIERS · TRUE MARKET COST
We source raw fabrics and components through a decade of verified supplier relationships. You secure the exact material weight, composition, and stitch retention your design requires, at true market cost, with no substitution once it is approved.

03. Sampling
fit · drape · approval
Our fashion sampling service produces one physical sample, built as close to your specification as we can take it. You examine the real garment in hand, checking fit, drape, and material performance for yourself, before you decide to move to a bulk run.
04. Production
wewin · on the factory floor
Our operations arm, Wewin, directs the manufacturing run on the factory floor in China. We verify labor standards, working only with facilities that maintain ethical, documented practices. The run is built and watched by people who answer to you, not to an outside vendor.

05. Quality Control
on-site · against the physical sample
We conduct on-site factory quality control against the pre-production sample for the run. Our own personnel review structural finishes, seams, and dimensions in the room, so what ships matches what you specified.
06. Logistics
cross-border · to your warehouse
We coordinate cross-border freight to your warehouse. Your collection arrives ready to sell, and the journey ends at your door, not at a factory gate.

one team, start to finish

You approve it once
We produce it at scale

Throughout the process, you communicate with one dedicated team. If an issue occurs, it remains our responsibility until it is resolved.
Your collection arrives ready to sell, produced at scale and shipped to your door. The same standard holds from the sample to the final carton, so what reaches your customers is what you built.
