the fit is the design

The design isn't finished until it fits.

A dress is judged the moment it is put on. But too often, a flawless sample loses its exact drape, waistline, and silhouette when scaled across different sizes for production. You set the perfect fit in development. We protect it in manufacturing. We grade, cut, and sew your patterns so you never have to worry about inconsistent inventory. The piece that lands in your warehouse will hang exactly like the sample you approved, on every single size in the run.
THE FOUR STAGES

Reference to retail-ready

01
Image to blueprint
A reference image is enough to start; a tech pack is welcome but not required. Either becomes a graded, production-ready pattern before anything is cut.
02
Fabrics sourced to spec
Wovens and jerseys are sourced to the exact weight, drape, and composition you specified, with no quiet substitution along the way.
03
Sampling to spec
One sample, cut to the pattern you set, with fit and finish refined until the piece matches your reference. You approve it before bulk begins.
04
Production, verified in person
Bulk runs with our own team on the floor in China, checking grading, seam allowance, and finish in person, not signing off from a distance.

FAQ & sourcing model

Questions we answer first

Do you accept low minimums for dresses and skirts?
Yes. Our threshold is 200 units per style, and you can split that across two colors. The floor exists because mills and trim suppliers set their own batch minimums, and running below them forces compromises on fabric and construction quality that we are not willing to make. For a growing brand, 200 units keeps small batch dress production workable without locking you into volumes your first season cannot carry.
Do you manufacture knit dresses and skirts?
Yes, through our knitwear side. Fully-fashioned knit dresses and skirts are covered on the Knitwear page, where gauge and yarn drive the design. This page covers woven and jersey pieces cut from fabric and sewn to your pattern.
Does the fit hold across the full size range?
Yes. Grading is developed from the sample you approve rather than scaled by formula, so the proportions you set on the base size hold on every size in the run.
