the yarn is the piece

Your customer touches the yarn first

Before the silhouette registers, before the label is read, the hand of the fiber has already told your customer what the brand is. That first touch is where premium is either real or claimed. You choose the fiber that makes the argument: Mongolian cashmere, merino wool, recycled cashmere, fine alpaca. We source and spin it to hold that hand at full production volume.
THE FOUR STAGES

Reference to retail-ready

01
Image to blueprint
A reference image is enough to start; a tech pack is welcome but not required. Either becomes a buildable knit blueprint before anything is committed.
02
Yarn sourced or dyed
The fiber and color you specified are sourced or dyed to match, with no quiet substitution along the way.
03
Sampling to spec
One sample, built to the gauge, tension, and edge finishes you set. You approve it before bulk begins.
04
Verified in person
Bulk runs with our own team on the floor in China, checking yarn and machine settings in person, not signing off from a distance.

Why brands trust us with their knitwear

Handled directly, never simplified

01
Technical constructions kept in-house. Intarsia, fully-fashioned, and jacquard stay with the team that sampled them, never subcontracted or cut down to fit a line.
02
One team accountable end to end. The people who approve your run are the people who sourced the yarn and built the sample. No handoffs where your order becomes someone else's problem.
03
Full IP isolation. Your designs are never shared, shown, or reused anywhere else.
FAQ & sourcing model

Questions we answer first

Do you accept low minimums for knitwear?
Our threshold is 200 units per style, and you can split that across two colors. The floor exists because premium spinners set their own yarn minimums, and running below it forces compromises on fiber quality that we are not willing to make. For a growing brand, 200 units keeps small batch knitwear production workable without locking you into volumes your first season cannot carry.
Do you offer OEM or private label manufacturing?
Yes, both. If you arrive with a finished tech pack, we operate as a private label knitwear manufacturer and knitwear OEM across Thailand and China, building to your documents exactly. If you arrive with a reference image or a concept, our knitwear ODM service develops the pattern, yarn plan, and construction for you. Custom woven labels, hangtags, and branded packaging complete the piece either way.
What is the difference between cut-and-sew and fully-fashioned knitwear?
Cut-and-sew knitwear is cut from knitted fabric panels and stitched together, the way woven garments are made. Fully-fashioned knitwear is knit to the exact shape of each pattern piece before linking, so nothing is cut away. The result is zero waste, cleaner edge finishes, and a seam that drapes with the garment instead of against it. It costs more to produce, and it is the construction premium knitwear buyers expect when they turn a piece inside out.
