From recycled swim fabrics to bespoke hardware. The silhouette set in sampling holds in the water and across the full run, verified on-site at every stage.
Whatever the silhouette, your specification is what gets built. Structure, lining, and finish, exactly as drawn.

the water is the test
Your customer judges it in the water
On the hanger, every suit looks finished. In the water, four-way stretch behaves differently: linings shift, seams load, and a silhouette either holds or lets go. That first swim is where the design is either real or claimed. You choose the structure that makes the argument: sculpted linings, bonded seams, hardware cast to order. We engineer and test it to hold that shape at full production volume.
THE FOUR STAGES
Reference to retail-ready
01
Image to blueprint
A reference image is enough to start; a tech pack is welcome but not required. Either becomes a buildable swim pattern before anything is committed.
02
Fabric sourced or dyed
The stretch fabric and shade you specified are sourced or dyed to match, with no quiet substitution along the way.
03
Sampling to spec
One sample, built to the fit, lining, and hardware you set. You approve it before bulk begins.
04
Production, verified in person
Bulk runs with our own team on the floor in China, checking seams, shade, and hardware in person, not signing off from a distance.
materials & techniques
From recycled fabric to cast hardware
Your design sets the structure. Fabric, seams, and finishing all run to the spec you approve. Custom woven labels, hangtags, care labels, and branded packaging complete the presentation. See the Accessories page for the full range.

Why brands trust us with their swimwear
Built without asking you to simplify
01
Swimwear is where we began. Tirarin started as a swim label before it became a production agency, so the fit, lining, and hardware problems you are solving are ones we solved on our own line first.
02
One team accountable end to end. The people who approve your run are the people who sourced the fabric and built the sample. No handoffs where your order becomes someone else's problem.
03
Full IP isolation. Your profiles are never shared, shown, or reused anywhere else.
FAQ & sourcing model
Questions we answer first
Do you accept low minimums for swimwear?
Yes. Our threshold is 200 units per style, and you can split that across two colors. The floor exists because stretch fabric mills set their own dye minimums, and running below it forces compromises on fabric quality that we are not willing to make. For a growing resort brand, 200 units keeps small batch swimwear production workable without locking you into volumes your first season cannot carry.
Can you manufacture custom hardware?
Yes. Rings, sliders, clasps, and branded closures are cast to order rather than pulled from a catalog, then tested against prolonged chlorine, salt, and sun exposure before they reach your run. If the hardware is the signature of the piece, it does not get substituted for something standard.
Can you time production for resort and summer drops?
Yes. Swimwear is seasonal and shelf dates are fixed, so timelines are planned backward from your launch: sampling, bulk, and shipping are scheduled against the drop date you name, and you see that schedule before you commit a deposit.
Have a swim profile you have been advised to simplify?
Picture the collection arriving exactly as you sketched it: the same stretch, the same structure, the same fit in the water across every unit, ready for the shelf you built it for. Send your reference images for a clear read on fabrics, custom hardware, timelines, and costs.
